Knowsley Town Council has two indoor facilities:
The Town Council owns the Bob Whiley Community Centre and Sports Pavilion. The Town Council offices are in the Village Hall, which is currently leased from Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council.
Other facilities that have been part funded or facilitated by the Town Council include the playgrounds in both Knowsley Village and Stockbridge Village. At the Recreation Ground, the Town Council fully financed the Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) which is situated adjacent to the Bob Whiley Community Centre. The MUGA has proved very popular with local youngsters and is another welcome recreational facility in Knowsley Village.
