Alcohol Awareness Week

Alcohol Awareness Week

It's Alcohol Awareness Week, 11 to 17 November, highlighting the risks of drinking too much alcohol and providing information on how to change your drinking behaviour.

As part of the week the Healthy Knowsley Service will be in Tesco in Prescot on Thursday 14 November, 9.30am to 12pm, providing information on the health benefits of making changes to your drinking behaviour and promoting sign up to Dry January.

Dry January is the 31 day challenge to take a month off drinking alcohol in the New Year and sign up is now open for Dry January 2020.
