Get help to give up this No Smoking Day – and throughout March

If you can’t get along to one of the events in March you can contact Smokefree Knowsley – which offers free support all year round – on 0800 3247111 or 0151 426 7462, text BREATHE to 61825 (normal network charge), visit the Ready to Stop Smoking website or visit your local pharmacy for support to give up smoking.
