The launch of the new service in Knowsley to provide support the LGBT+ Community, in the Stockbridge and the wider area

 The group has been founded by local resident Liz Sharpe in response to a research project led by Lancaster University in partnership with ForHousing and local Resident Advisors. The project revealed high levels of social isolation experienced by members of the LGBTQ+ community in Knowsley and highlighted a lack of provision for these adults. The launch event will be attended by Cllr Jackie Harris, Mayor of Knowsley, along with Rt Hon George Howarth MP .
